Due to the Demo on Tuesday, July 4th, we will not have our regular Wednesday meeting on July 5th.
4th of July Demo
The street in front of meeting will be closing at 8am so plan on being there before then or having to walk a few blocks.
The parade starts at 10am, so our best window of opportunity to present ourselves to the public will be from 9-10am.
We will not be marching in the parade this year.
Please bring arts and other things to show off.
The Masons will be selling food this year.
Birthday Bash
Birthday Bash will be at Wednesday meeting on July 19th. It will be a baronial potluck (no longer limited to just Officers). NO FISH due to allergy concerns.
There will be a Baronial Court during Birthday Bash.
Giovanna will be hosting classes teaching the Calontir songbook at the last meeting of each month through Gryphon’s Fest.
Magda and Melchor (the Event Stewards) are looking for setup, teardown, sanitation, and youth activities crew chiefs. We will need at least one background checked individual for the youth activities.
The theme this year is the Palio di Siena – a street carnival. The event stewards encourage anyone who has a class, do performances, wants to sell items, or have other booths to reach out to them.
