Three Rivers is slated to host Coronation in February 2025. We will need bids by the end of this February.
We are also looking ahead and accepting bids for Gryphon’s Fest and Winter Court. There is no due date for these bids at this time.
We are looking for a new Knight’s Marshal. Letters of Intent are due before the February 4th officer’s meeting which will be held on Zoom.
February 7 will be site dinner. This is the Chili Cookoff. Further details available on the Facebook group.

Sancha is hosting a scribal gallery. She is looking for exceptional scrolls to display. If you are submitting one, please bring it to meeting and include a 3×5″ card with details on the scribe, illuminator, etc… as well as your information on the reverse to ensure it is returned to you.
Yseult will be running youth combat and youth activities. Please contact them if you would like to help.

Lumiere is in charge of tear-down and seeks volunteers
February 10 will be the Regional Equestrian Practice. You do not need a horse to attend. There will be classes for newbies.
Selene is the new head water bearer for Fourth Company and announced that there will be two classes at Winter War Maneuvers pertaining to water bearing: Water Bearing 101 and Soup Kitchen 101.
Jack reminded those of us going to Gulf Wars to make sure your fighter authorization cards are up to date and to have a printed copy.
