We are hosting Masters of the Duel on July 20. People are still needed to help with set-up and tear-down. Adam is the crew chief for set-up and Shoshanah is in charge of tear-down. Please contact them to volunteer.
Officer reports are due this Monday, the 15th.
On Wednesday, July 31, we will be having our annual baronial birthday party at meeting. Their Excellencies ask for period appropriate decorations. There will be a Baronial Court so please dress in garb.
The Barony is seeking a new Minister of Youth. Letters of intent will be due Friday, August 2 and discussed at the Officer’s Meeting on Sunday, August 4. Interested individuals will need to either have a background check already compete or capable of getting one.
Gryphon’s Fest this year will be called the 1381 Chronicles. This year, we will be focusing on having several activities for everyone and the name change is intended to help differentiate the event from previous Gryphon’s Fests. For those activities, we will be building several set pieces.
To that end, Rivka will be hosting a build weekend for several of them at her house on the weekend of July 20-21. Please contact her for details.
