There will be no populace meeting on November 27th (the day before Thanksgiving)
Bids are needed for our Fall 2025 camping event and will be due at the December Officer’s Meeting. Skyway Farms has already been secured as a location.
The next Site Dinner theme will be Comfort Food on November 6.
Winter Court
Please be thinking about items to donate to the auction.
Anzoy and Adam are looking for people to help with Gate, Set-Up, and Tear-Down.
Shoshanah is in charge of A&S for Winter Court. Looking for people that would like to teach classes or do displays. There will also be a 2 hour slot for long form bardic.
Apple will be hosting the Youth auction again this year. Please donate items for this.
Padraigin will be teaching her class on witches next week at meeting.
