From Highway 64/40, exit at the WingHaven Boulevard/Highway DD interchange (exit 6) and go south on Highway DD for approximately 4.5 miles and turn right into the park entrance. Follow the road until you see shelter cluster 4 on your left.

Brommelsiek Park is a beautiful 494 acre park in St. Charles County, MO. Gryphon's Fest will make use of shelter clusters 2-4 and the intervening areas. Parking is only permitted at the lots adjacent to these shelter clusters as well as the equestrian lot for vehicles with trailers.

Please be mindful that while we have reserved a large space, the park is still open to the public. Our area is situated along the main roadway through the park and adjacent to a pavillion which is reserved for another group. Please act with Courtesy and remember you are representing our group at all times. The site will be closed to the public after dark.

Camping will be permitted in the large field between shelter clusters 3 and 4. Ground fires are permitted so long as the sod is reserved and returned before departure. A fire extinguisher should be located near any fire.

Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and cleaned up after. An off leash-dog park is located a short drive away off Wilson Rd should your dog need further exercise.

The site also features an astronomy viewing area a short walk away which features Friday night star parties hosted by the Astronomical Society of Eastern Missouri.

No equestrian activity is planned for this event but horses are welcome at the park on the trails.

The site does not have showers.

Firewood may not be collected from the woods on site and any firewood brought onto site should be locally sourced. Use of the grills is restricted to charcoal.
