Their Excellency, Yseult de Michel is looking for someone to assist running Youth activities at Crown in June. The individual does not need to be background checked.
We are seeking a new Demo coordinator. Applications are due May 5 and interviews will be held at the Officer meeting on May 7.
Archery nights have resumed. They will be Thursday nights @ 6pm at Dammo’s house. Please contact him for the address.
Crown Tournament
Volunteers are needed for various positions at Crown. This includes Setup, Feast, and Gate. Please contact Brynjolfr to assist.
Lilies
Their Excellency Tamar has volunteered to run our Gate day at Lilies. We will be running Gate on Monday, June 12, 8:00am – 8:00pm. For details, please see her post on Facebook.
Amba will be running the Monday Night Violence and needs hobby horses, kids foam throwing axes or Nerf arrows.
B3R Party
Gwynneth has volunteered to run the B3R party at Lilies. Please submit theme ideas to her.
Jack Banyard is organizing the alcoholic bar at the B3R party. He is looking for donations from brewers. Cash donations to also purchase supplies are also welcome.
Michael St. Ledger (aka Redboots) will be running the non alcoholic bar.
