Most of our crew chiefs could still use volunteers
Currently do not have any stewards to serve feast. Those that volunteer get to eat free.
Havar will need help with setup and Lumiere with tear-down. Especially people with large vehicles.
The tournament will need experienced heralds.
Shoshanah is looking for more A&S activities: Classes, games, music, etc… She will have extra recorders available for anyone that knows how to play and would like to join.
Their Excellencies ask that we bring any decorations we have to help make the event space look more period.

Site Dinners
The next site dinner will be July 12 where we will be celebrating the Barony’s birthday. It will be hosted by the officers and the theme will be Birthday Food.
Hirsch announced that he is the new Demo Coordinator and if anyone is interested in having demos, to reach out to him via the official Email (on our Officers page).
Lilies
Tamar is the coordinator for the B3R gate day (Monday). She is still looking for volunteers.
Gwyneth is in charge of the B3R party (Friday). The theme will be snack foods.
Jon asked all those that took his mead making classes to please bring a sample of their final product on June 7 (the Wednesday before Lilies) to share. We will discuss what went wrong, what went right, and where to go in the future.
Shoshanah announced that the new Barge should be finished by the end of the month. If you have a submission, please have it in by the end of next week.
