Our Demo coordinator (Hirsch) informed us that the Masons have invited us to do a demo on the 4th of July. Last year, this involved us marching in the 4th of July parade which was a very long march on an extremely hot day. Hirsch is still working on whether we may want to do this again, or simply do a demo on the lawn.
Lilies
Tamar is still looking for a few more volunteers for B3R’s day to manage Gate at Lilies (Monday, June 12). Specifically, she needs people from 2-4 and 4-6pm.
Gwyneth asked for more donations of food and other items for the B3R party on Friday.
Shoshanah informed us that that the newest edition of the Barge is due to release soon.
Crown
A reminder that parking is limited and overflow parking will be in the Target lot nearby. A shuttle will be running between there and the event site. Additional help driving the shuttle would be appreciated.
For those looking to help with Setup, we will meet @ 5:30pm at the storage locker and 6:00pm at the site.
Lumiere will be in charge of Teardown.
Ravasz encouraged the younger members to help as recent events have largely been done by the older generations.
