Zilia Sylvani has been selected as the new Gold Key officer. We will need volunteers this coming Sunday, January 15, 2024, to help transfer the collection of garb from the residence of our former Gold Key officer to the new one. Please contact Jon Chesey for directions to the former’s.
We are currently seeking a new Knight’s Marshal.
Officer reports will be due January, 15. Please make sure to CC the seneschal. If the form does not allow you to, please forward her the Email you receive.
Winter Court
Setup will be Friday, January 14, beginning at 5:00pm at the storage locker (near Tower Grove Park). The address will be posted. If you wish to only help unload at the Church, it will be open beginning at 6:00pm.
For the fighter gift exchange, any type of fighter is eligible to enter as well as the list table and water bearers. Just bring a wrapped gift of at least $5 in value. The gift exchange will happen shortly after the tournament.
Feast has 72 seats available and will be sold on site.
We could use another server or two for the feast.
We can still use some help during the auction (during feast) to help show items to everyone and to be the auctioneer.
After feast, we would appreciate some to stay behind and wash dishes.
Lumiere is in charge of tear-down. Please speak to him to volunteer.
Post revel will be at Duncan & Gwendolyn’s. Please speak to them for the address.
Lumiere is looking for tokens, baubles, and bits to be used as tokens for games that he is making for Gulf Wars. Please speak to him to donate.
